JUSLAW TEAM

Juslaw was born from the desire of a few young lawyers to offer their clients legal services in various sectors of Italian & international business law and private law, giving direct support both in Italy and abroad with an innovative course of action.

Juslaw concretely evaluates the results of every action undertaken within a strategy aimed at real objectives which are truly attainable while keeping an eye on the cost- benefit balance, in order to assure reciprocal satisfaction between lawyer and client.

In carrying out the assignments entrusted to us by our clients, we promote negotiation and organization of legal and business relationships in a way to guarantee stability and certainty, paying particular attention to prevent possible future conflicts. In the case of situations of open conflict, Juslaw provides the best management of the conflict either out of court (e.g. negotiation and mediation) or before court (i.e. competent judicial authorities and arbitration).

Our legal staff work together in close synergy with the respective offices enhancing individual professionalism within a group of colleagues which operates in a simple coordinated effective way. The coordinators of the group of legal professionals are Mr. Matteo Ponti and Mr. Francesco Pifferi.
