LEGAL ASSISTANCE
Juslaw is a team of professionals who operate under the principle of personal and fiduciary legal relationship between client and attorney, a principle which is mandatory under Italian law.
As a consequence, each attorney maintains constant and direct contact with the client and he/she is personally liable for the quality of his/her legal assistance (i.e., unlimited professional liability).
In assisting the client in complex cases, a professional may deem appropriate to cooperate with one or more attorneys to ensure a better defence and assistance as provided by article 12 of the Code of Ethics of the Italian Bar Association.
In light of the above, while the client's relationship is with the attorney he/she has personally chosen, specific professional assistance is also assured in each case by a group of attorneys, each of which is involved as necessary for their specialist expertise or due the nature of the case.
